The Role 

As Field Marketing Specialist, you will support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in executing the events and programs that make IRONSCALES the most connected name among the security practitioners we serve, from CISO roundtables to flagship industry conferences. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every event is purposeful, on brand, and drives pipeline and retention.

Key Responsibilities 

Event Execution 

• Own execution of small to medium-size events; support planning of large strategic tradeshows under the Senior Field Marketing Manager's direction. 
• Design event experiences that build brand awareness, pipeline, and ROI. 
• Coordinate booth experiences, sponsored sessions, and executive meetings to maximize conference impact. 
• Gather attendee feedback to continuously improve the experience. 
• Follow a repeatable playbook for flagship formats, so the program scales without losing quality. 

Pre-Event 

• Build event briefs to align and enable on-site staff. 
• Manage vendors on booth design, space layout, shipping logistics, and source swag that keeps materials aligned to brand across personas and regions. 
• Coordinate speaker prep and session content: abstracts, decks, and presenter briefs. 
• Set up lead capture: scanners, landing pages, and partner co-registration. 
• Coordinate with Sales, Channel, SDR, and Marketing on staffing and logistics for each event. 

Onsite 

• Lead the on-site team: shift management and real-time problem solving. 
• Support speakers and sessions: run-of-show, A/V, and session scanning. 
• Produce real-time creative: social graphics and recap assets. 
• Run daily team communications and manage giveaways. 
• Support VIP, distributor, and partner touchpoints, including dinners, roundtables, and suite meetings. 

Post-Event 

• Triage leads: MQL tiering, motion tagging, and CRM upload. 
• Coordinate follow-up by motion and sales or BDR assignment. 
• Report budget actuals to  the Senior Field Marketing Manager's to track. 
• Report on event performance against core KPIs (leads generated, pipeline influenced, cost per lead, etc) for each event. 
• Produce recap content and internal highlight summaries. 
• Keep Salesforce and HubSpot clean: lead status, deal registration, and opportunity tagging. 

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or customer marketing at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company. 

This is a remote-first role open to candidates across the United States, with up to 25% travel required for on-site event execution and industry conferences. Because IRONSCALES operates globally, with teams and events spanning North America to EMEA and other regions, this role may occasionally require early-morning or evening availability to coordinate across time zones. 

Core Competencies 

• Proven experience managing event programs, ideally from an early stage. 
• Exceptional event production skills; you make the logistics invisible, so the experience shines. 
• Strong relationship-building instincts and genuine energy for connecting people. 
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously without dropping details. 
• Clear understanding of how events connect to pipeline, retention, and brand, and experience aligning with Sales and Customer Success on revenue goals. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in cybersecurity; familiarity with our audience (MSPs, CISOs, security analysts, IT and security admins). 
• Experience running executive-level programs: roundtables or C-suite dinners. 
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) for event tracking and follow-up.
