Position Summary Responsible for assisting management team with daily operational and field logistics. Will also function as a tram driver and operate tram and other vehicles in a safe and professional manner. This representative will assist management with mentoring staff on tram and other vehicles as needed. Emphasis will be placed on customer service (greeting, guiding visitors, promoting Membership etc). The individual in this role will report to the Director of Experience (Operations).
