Fiberglass - Epoxy/Laminating 2nd Shift

Job Details: Job Location: Building 4 - Rothschild, WI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Summary: 

Wausau Tile is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our production team as a Laminator. This position involves applying laminations to a mold following the mold lamination processes used in the production of our custom precast concrete products. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and willing to cross-train across departments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Construct or repair fiberglass molds for concrete production. 

Cut and apply fiberglass materials, epoxies, and coatings per lamination standards. 

Ensure uniformity in lamination to achieve consistent product finish and mold integrity. 

Sand and finish laminated surfaces as necessary for mold or part readiness. 

General Responsibilities: 

Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 

Support other production or maintenance tasks as needed. 

Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe handling of tools and materials. 

Engage in cross-training opportunities to support team flexibility and coverage. 

Qualifications: 

Lamination or fiberglass experience is a plus. 

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and fabrication drawings. 

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment. 

Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail. 

Able to work independently or in a team setting.
