Fee For Service Therapist

Job Details: Job Location: 177th Scatter BRSC - Bronx, NY, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW, Salary Range: $34.00 - $68.00Hourly, JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for a minimum of 9 hours and a maximum of 21 hours per week with a
minimum of 15 in person contacts with patients including a minimum of ten (30) minute
psychotherapy sessions per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or in groups setting.
 Conduct intakes as needed
 Assess clients’ need for services.
 Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
 Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined
services when needed.
 Include coordination with social work services, psychological evaluations, and
psychiatric consultations.
 Maintain current and timely records on all patients in accordance with the PCMH
policies and procedures.
 Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.
Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 LMSW/LCSW/LMHC in Clinical Social Work or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.
