Big SNOW is North America's first and only real snow, indoor, year-round ski and snowboard resort.  We share our passion of sliding on snow with our guests.

How the Guide works with the Team:

The Guide position will be responsible for overseeing team members and the operation within the trails. A Guide leads with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, coaching, and motivational skills. This position also takes an active role in monitoring and promoting a safe work environment.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests
Greet and interact with guests 
Maintaining inventory of supplies on site between both Retail and F&B outlet
Train, supervise, and develop team members capable of delivering exceptional service
Ensure that all menu items are prepared and served to meet service standards.
Ensure 100% compliance with NJ Health Code.
Managing daily labor and adjusting staffing levels to achieve service standards
Coach, council, and discipline team members
Promote and enforce company policies and procedures.
Support our mission through consistent teamwork, a positive team member experience, earned guest loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best
Perform other duties as assigned by Blazer

Team Member Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age
Knowledge of F&B and Retail
Ability to deal effectively with guests
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be willing to speak in front of large groups of people
A positive attitude and a commitment to great service.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
