F&B Supervisor

Job Details: Job Location: Anakeesta - Gatlinburg, TN, Salary Range: $20.06,                                                                                                                                          Food and Beverage Supervisor 

Job Summary 
Join the vibrant team at Anakeesta as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where you’ll help lead operations across our dining venues. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, guide team members, and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional service in a clean, fun, and welcoming environment. 

Your Responsibilities 

Assign tasks, delegate duties, and support team execution 

Train and mentor new team members 

Monitor labor costs and assist with staffing needs 

Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation 

Maintain cleanliness and organization across all dining areas 

Foster a positive, guest-focused atmosphere 

Follow all safety and sanitation standards 

Monitor food temperatures and compliance with Health & Safety guidelines 

Assist in various roles throughout the restaurants as needed 

Represent Anakeesta values with honesty and integrity 

Qualifications: What You Need 

At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager role 

Strong leadership skills in fast-paced environments 

Excellent guest service and communication abilities 

Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork 

Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings 

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move for extended periods 

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 

Physical Requirements

Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary. 

Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead. 

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs. 

Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed. 

Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
