Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for Lounge patrons.
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
Take food orders from Lounge patrons.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff for delivery of food orders.
Remain current on food menu offerings.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Cash handling procedures.
Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.
Non-slip shoes are required for this role.
