Position Summary:

The Hospitality  Fill-In employee is responsible for cleaning the building thoroughlyand resetting as needed when the regular employees are out.

General Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with others (Day Resource Center Staff) for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services needed to maintain the facility.
• Performs other related duties, such as, cleaning the building (mopping floors, cleaning windows, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning showers, emptying trash, and other related duties)
• Clean trash and lost items around property, both inside and outside.
• Presents information for the purpose of communicating information, gaining feedback and ensuring adherence to established internal controls.
• Ensure Paylocity is up to date (Due by the 5th and 20th of each month)
• This includes recording your own hours (clocking in and out).

Required Meetings:

• DRC Staff Meetings as requested
• Staff Mentoring as directed 

Key software requirements:

• Google Mail/Apps/Docs
• MS Office
• ROCK-RMS
• Paylocity

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with janitorial/maintenance

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift and move 50 lbs. Operate lifts and other equipment.
