FAUQUIER HEALTH - HM - STAFF PHYSICIAN

Description

TeamHealth is seeking a part-time nocturnist hospitalist physician to join our growing hospital medicine team at Fauquier Health in Warrenton, Virginia. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking flexibility while practicing high-quality inpatient medicine in a collaborative community hospital environment. The hospitalist will provide comprehensive care to adult patients and work closely with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and ancillary departments to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in IM or FM
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS certification
• Willingness to work a minimum of 7 night shifts per month
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
