What does a Store Manager-In-Training do?
Learn all aspects of store operations, leadership, and customer service
Train, support, and motivate team members to help the store succeed
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily store operations
Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
