Join Farmers Insurance District 79 as a Telemarketer and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base. In this position, you will reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce them to our insurance products and services. Using your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities, you will generate leads, set appointments for sales agents, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for recording call information and scheduling appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment.
