Family Nurse Practitioner - Weekends - Part Time Optional (Virtual / Remote)

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide virtual primary care via phone, video, and messaging

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Manage ongoing care plans and patient follow-ups

• Prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate

• Educate patients on prevention and long-term health

• Collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Document care in EMR systems

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Strong experience in family practice or primary care
• 5+ state licenses preferred
• • Priority licenses: New Jersey, New York, California, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Illinois, Arizona
• Available to work a weekend schedule (mid-shift) with additional weekday hours, if desired.
• • A sample 20-hour schedule could be: Friday 10a-2p, Saturday/Sunday 10a-6:30p

The pay range for this role is:

110,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year (Remote (United States)) for Full-Time
