Position:Facilities Set-Up

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering
responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

·          The
setting up and removal of various meeting room sets

·         Clothing, skirting and chairing up of tables

·         Setting up water stations, note pads and pencils

·         Making changes to room sets on short notice

·         Moving pianos

·         Setting up staging and placing of easels

·         Working in a safe manner

·          Meeting
with group contacts and dispersing information received regarding set-ups

Secondary Responsibilities:

·         Communicating through a two-way radio

·         Placing equipment in the proper storage areas

·         Maintenance of equipment

Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)

·         Day shift and night shift- Shift time and days
off varies depending on business

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required,
equivalent experience, etc.)

·         Hospitality experience preferred

·         Ability to work independently

·         Public contact

Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification, highest
required/preferred, field of study)

·         High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred

Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone, in-person, group;
Written: memos, documents)

·         Able to listen and speak well

·         Strong  communication skills-communicate in a positive and confident manner

·         Professional and polite

·         Takes direction easily

Technical Requirements:  

·         Organizational skills

·         Knowledge of measurement

·         Ability to multi task

·         Attention to detail

·         Reliability

·         Good mathematical skills

·         Reading Comprehension

·         Valid drivers license
