The Facility Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, including bathrooms, lunchrooms, Design Center, and common areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Clean and sanitize six bathrooms daily. 
• Clean and maintain two lunchrooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators. 
• Keep the Design Center clean, organized, and presentable for clients and visitors. 
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility. 
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas. 
• Replenish restroom and lunchroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed. 
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of needed repairs or supplies. 
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 
• Assist with additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned. 

Work Conditions: 

• Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and occasional outdoor exposure. 
• Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and related products. 
• Ability to perform repetitive physical activities, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling. 
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.

Schedule and Compensation: 

• 20–25-hour workweek. 
• Shift times/schedule will be determined collaboratively with leadership. 
• Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age. 
• High school diploma required. 
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal. 
• Successful completion of a Predictive Index assessment, background check, and drug screen required. 
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required. 
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning tasks. 
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.
