Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Facilities Director in overseeing general upkeep of the property, including, but not limited to, cleaning, repairs, special projects, landscaping, and exterior appearance.
Assist in managing inventory of all buildings, grounds, and equipment owned by the chruch.
Execute facility usage requests as assigned by the Facilities Director, ensuring all rooms are prepared as requested.
Assist in managing the effective utilization of available storage space.
Accountable for the development and spending of the Facilities portion of the Church budget.
Help to manage the inventory systems for supplies and equipment as required.
Assist in coordinating the Facilities and Security serve teams to provide support for gatherings and special functions/events.
Recruit, prepare, equip, and encourage leaders on your team to align with Crosspoint's mission, values, and strategy.
The position may require some travel locally.
As required, attend staff and departmental meetings on time
Participate in training as directed
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and physical
Ability to learn schedules & systems
Ability to lead and assist others with construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and preparation/cleanup work
Ability to perform non-routine and complex maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, fixtures, etc.
Ability to operate various basic and complex hand and power tools, including calibrations and test equipment
Must be proficient in general construction
Doctrinal beliefs congruent with Crosspoint City Church
Possess the ability to inspire, instruct, and encourage through effective communication in various settings
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to a team approach to ministry
Collaboration and a team-oriented mindset are essential
Ability to be discreet in dealing with confidential matters and materials
Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and members face-to-face
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English effectively
Confidentiality of personal and church information is essential
