Facilities Associates are responsible for helping Villa Sport meet its goal of being the cleanest club in the world by taking great care of our pools and whirlpools, ensuring they are in immaculate condition each morning.  As a team member in the Facilities Department, assist with other repair and maintenance duties as requested.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Hourly rate of pay based on relevant experience to the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of safe and proper use of tools, machinery, cleaning chemicals and supplies
Able to work with minimal supervision
Pool and mechanical repair and maintenance experience preferred
Able to read, understand and follow checklists, project instructions, and the directions on the equipment and chemicals used in performing duties
CPO certificate is a plus but not required
Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles)
Five-star customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and varied environment where the customer is first
Committed and flexible
Outgoing, friendly and able to work with and serve all kinds of people
Fast learner with a variety of interests
