What You'll Do
Operate metalworking machines and hand tools
Assemble mechanical and electrical components
Wire electrical controls and route piping
Weld steel using MIG/TIG/other processes as required
Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Set up jigs, fixtures, and layouts for fabrication
Inspect welds and ensure quality standards are met
Perform rework and adjustments as needed
Support team and production goals
QualificationsWhat You Bring
Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with fabrication and assembly tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
