Summary of Job Duties:

The Research Assistant is responsible:
Assisting with the planning and scheduling of demonstrations for the Food insecurity
project community gardens project.
• Provide leadership for the Crump Garden project in Little Rock.
• Assist in maintaining demonstrations in the high tunnel at Crump garden.
• Assist in the implementation of the demonstrations for the National American
Association of Community Gardens Associations annual conference in June.
• Collecting research data & Maintain records and documentation of the demonstrations and distribution of the
vegetables to the seniors and members of the community

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
