Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking experienced, consultative sales professionals to assist customers who have recently purchased a new automobile or who currently own a vehicle that is within or beyond the factory warranty period. The representative will educate customers about the value and benefits of extended service contracts, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide customized solutions based on each customer's needs.

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding extended service contracts.
• Educate customers on coverage options, benefits, and value.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Conduct permission-based follow-up calls with sales leads.
• Document customer interactions and sales outcomes.
• Deliver clear, professional product presentations.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Brand Ambassador.
• Complete ongoing sales, product, and compliance training.
• Meet sales, quality, productivity, and KPI goals.
• Participate in coaching and performance development.
• Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong organization.
• Apply feedback and coaching quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of consultative or solutions-based sales experience.
• Proven success in commission-based sales.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• High school diploma/GED required; college preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills.
• Professional, customer-focused communication style.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems.
• Ability to complete required testing and obtain necessary licensing.
• Must meet background screening requirements.
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
• Receptive to coaching and able to apply feedback quickly.

Work at Home Requirement:

• High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
• Upload speed of 3Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps
• The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
• Latency under 100ms
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended) 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not approved
• All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.
• 2nd computer monitor required.
