Experienced Roofing Sales Rep

This is an independent contractor role with assigned territories, strong marketing support, mentorship, and a robust commission structure. You’ll have access to proven tools, systems, and support to help you perform at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Own the customer experience from first knock to job submission:

• Canvas assigned territories

• Inspect roofs and educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process

• Secure signed contingency agreements

• Meet with insurance adjusters

• Complete project scopes using Hover

• Lead homeowner meetings and move the deal forward

• Submit complete job documentation to the claims team

• Keep customers informed throughout the process

• Collect customer payments

  No production. We have an awesome production team who handles that so you can keep selling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven success in door-to-door roofing sales

• Competitive drive and strong follow-through

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Ability to work within structured systems and processes

• Strong organization across multiple projects

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
First-season Sr. Sales Representatives can realistically earn $150,000-$250,000 based on selling 50 jobs. This is paid through:

- Guaranteed Onboarding Pay
- Commission paid at every point of homeowner payment
