Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading moderate to high-complexity projects that require strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined delivery management, and structured governance. This role drives successful outcomes by leading business and technology teams, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders. Success is driven by delivery leadership, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and execution excellence. Pharmacy or PBM experience is preferred but not required.  

Your role in our mission

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring clear ownership of scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.  
• Drive execution discipline and delivery results by proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact scope, schedule, quality, budget, or stakeholder commitments.  
• Partner across team such as Business, Technology, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to align priorities and ensure delivery readiness.  
• Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans with measurable outcomes and success criteria.  
• Lead business and technical discussions, facilitating decision-making and alignment across cross-functional teams.  
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs while maintaining effective mitigation and escalation strategies.  
• Communicate effectively with executive and senior stakeholders, providing concise, decision-ready recommendations and driving accountability without direct authority.  
• Assume ownership for delivery outcomes, balancing speed, quality, cost, and risk to achieve project objectives.  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.   
• 7+ years of project management, program management, or delivery leadership experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.  
• Experience leading projects through structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).  
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.  
• Strong critical thinking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communication skills.  
• Experience managing project budgets, capacity planning, and financial forecasts.  
• Experience working across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.  
• Preferred: Experience with pharmacy, PBM, healthcare technology, or related regulated environments; PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.

The pay range for this position is $81,100.00 - $115,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
