Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team for work in a hospital setting. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience working in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or other occupied commercial environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing experience
- Previous hospital or healthcare facility experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work professionally in an active healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Mandatory Screening Requirements:
Due to the sensitive nature of the work environment, all applicants must:
- Have a completely clean background check with no disqualifying offenses
- Be eligible to obtain a JLA hospital security badge
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Comply with all hospital policies and security requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
- Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and hospital requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
