WE'RE LOOKING FOR A TRAINER WHO KNOWS HOW TO COACH PEOPLE.

Burn Boot Camp Bear is looking for an experienced Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor to join our team.

This is an opportunity for a trainer who loves people just as much as fitness and understands that great training is about more than demonstrating exercises and counting reps.

Our trainers lead 45-minute strength and conditioning Camps while providing individualized coaching within a group environment. You’ll work with members of all fitness levels, helping them move safely, get stronger, build confidence, and achieve things they didn't think they could.

Previous personal training experience is a MUST.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy, safe, and effective 45-minute Camps
• Coach members through strength and conditioning exercises
• Provide individual attention and feedback within a group setting
• Demonstrate proper exercise technique and correct form
• Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
• Recognize when a member needs to be pushed, encouraged, or modified
• Motivate and engage members throughout the entire Camp
• Build genuine relationships with members and learn their goals
• Create an environment where members feel challenged, supported, and successful
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every Camp
• Work as part of a team that genuinely cares about our members

What Makes a Great Burn Trainer?

We're looking for someone who can coach a room—not just lead a workout.

You should be:

• An experienced Personal Trainer
• Confident leading groups and speaking in front of a room
• Comfortable training beginners through advanced members
• Excellent at providing exercise modifications and progressions
• Skilled at recognizing and correcting form
• Energetic, engaging, and motivating
• A strong communicator who naturally connects with people
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive and team-oriented
• Passionate about fitness and helping people
• Someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference in people's lives

Requirements

Experience is a MUST.

• Previous Personal Training experience required
• Saturday availability required
• Additional early morning and evening weekday shifts are available
• Current Personal Training certification from an accredited organization such as NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA
• OR a 4-year degree in Exercise Science with no gap in relevant training experience
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to confidently demonstrate and coach a wide variety of exercises
