About the Role:Heaths Maintenance LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Indialantic, FL. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial building systems and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct painting and preventive maintenance as required
- Monitor building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 10+ years of proven experience in commercial building maintenance or a related trade
- Ability to operate a pressure washer and leaf blower
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks at heights or in confined spaces
