What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support clients with daily living activities
• Transport clients to appointments and errands when needed
• Ensure clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes
• Report changes in client condition to the supervisory team
• Complete visit documentation through our mobile care application
• Must be able to safely assist clients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as required by the client's care plan
• Client requires extensive mobility assistance and hands-on physical support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance preferred
• Must be able to safely operate gait belts, transfer equipment, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices
• Experience assisting clients with mobility limitations strongly preferred
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, wheelchairs, and hospital beds strongly preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care and transportation services as needed
• Reliable vehicle
• Must be available to work
