• Weekdays & Weekend Day availability wanted (7am or 8am start time)
• 4-12 hour morning/day/evening shifts (no overnights available at this time)
• Competitive Pay @ $21/hr

Do you check all the boxes?( must meet all of these to be considered)
 
✅ A valid driver's license and insured vehicle with your name on the policy 
✅ Able to provide transportation for clients for appointments, Shopping, engagement activities, etc.
✅Advanced Proficiency in English –ability to read, write and communicate clearly. Great communication is ESSENTIAL in this role.
✅ Can commit to an ongoing availability of 3+ designated, recurring days.

Other Qualifications:

• Is RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE and can commit to a set schedule.
• Experience providing direct care, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience. (Certifications are a plus but not required).
• Is able travel up to 15-20 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time)
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Has full access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
