Experienced BDC Sales Agent - Columbus Auto Mall

Job Details: Job Location: 56-Columbus Chev - Canal Winchester, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall is looking for a BDC Sales Consultant. Are you great on the phone, fast on the keyboard, and driven by results? Do you love the thrill of turning a “just looking” lead into a confirmed showroom visit? If so, we want YOU on our Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) team.

What You’ll Do

Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and chat leads
Build rapport and excitement with potential customers
Set high-quality sales and service appointments
Keep CRM notes clean, accurate, and up to date
Work closely with sales managers to maximize show and close rates

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills - both on the phone and written
Positive attitude and competitive mindset
Comfortable handling high lead volume
Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
Previous BDC, call center, or sales experience is a plus

Qualifications: Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of BDC experience in a dealership setting, preferred not required
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business communication tools
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused
