Job Description
Pay: $17.50-$18.00/hr Starting
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (additional hours available based on availability)
Perks: Paid training, gas reimbursement, raises twice per year (Based off performace review)

Jovie of Phoenix + Tucson is hiring reliable, engaging caregivers to support local families, nonprofit organizations, hotels, and special events.
This position is ideal for individuals with prior childcare experience such as:
- Babysitting for other families
- Nannying
- Daycare or preschool work
- Teaching or paraprofessional experience
- Students with prior childcare experience
- Camps and youth programs
- Church nursery or children's ministry care
We're looking for dependable caregivers who enjoy working with children and can commit to providing excellent care on a consistent basis.
What You'll Do
- Care for children ages 1-13
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities
- Read, play games, craft, and support learning
- Prepare simple meals and snacks
- Follow family routines, including naps and bedtime
- Transport children when needed
- Maintain a safe and organized environment

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of childcare experience outside your immediate family
- Ability to provide 2-3 childcare references
- CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Age 18+
- Available at least one consistent weekday every week
