We have a fantastic opportunity for Per-Diem Exercise Physiologists to join our Cardiac Rehab team.
Position Summary:
Perform accurate assessments for patients with cardiovascular disease including exercise prescriptions, EKG telemetry interpretations, patient education and safe exercise floor supervision.
Job Duties Include:
- Assess patients' fitness and health
- Design exercise programs to meet patient goals by increasing their cardiovascular fitness
- Maintain daily quality control for all Cardiac Rehab equipment
- Prepare medical necessity reports
Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science / Physiology required. Masters Degree preferred.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required and ultimate complete of ACLS certification
- ACSM Certification a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role, new graduates will be considered
- Excellent communication skills.
