Pay Range
$35.00 to $45.00 per hour
The compensation range listed above represents the good-faith range Cary Medical Center anticipates relying upon when making an offer for this position. Starting pay is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
Job Summary:
Cary Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director of the Jefferson Cary Foundation. The Executive Director is responsible for developing and maintaining donor relationships; coordinating and executing of the annual appeal and golf tournament; accounting; quarterly reporting; overseeing and monitoring investments, and donor tracking. In addition, the Executive Director is responsible for processing annual scholarships. The successful candidate will report to a member of the Administrative Team and the Jefferson Cary Foundation Board Chair.
Essential Job Duties:
- Maintains donor relations within and outside the community.
- Coordinate & execute annual appeal and golf tournament.
- Maintains accounting and quarterly reports.
- Oversees and monitors financial investments and provide regular reports to the Board.
- Oversees donor tracking of funds interring and expenses.
- Oversees and process annual scholarship program.
- Ability to apply for grants and manage grant projects.
- Complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education or License:
- A bachelor’s degree preferred; capital campaign, leadership, public speaking, and financial management experience; ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships; experience in special events coordination; excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.
Availability:
- Depending on department staffing needs, you may be asked to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
