What You'll Do:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high food quality and consistency
Create and update menu items, focusing on innovative and seasonal dishes
Manage kitchen staff, providing training, leadership, and performance evaluations
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and organizational standards in the kitchen
Control food inventory and ordering to ensure cost-effective practices
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless restaurant operations
Monitor food waste and implement sustainable practices
Ensure the kitchen meets health department regulations and safety standards
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork
What You'll Need:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and menu development
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
