About the Role:Join Incentive Meeting Services as an Executive Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic team in Clearwater, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our leadership while enhancing your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Assist in project management and tracking deadlines for various initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
