Pima Heart and Vascular, part of U.S. Heart & Vascular (USHV), is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team in Tucson, AZ. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, schedules, and follow-up.
Manage physician invoicing and reconciliation for hospital call coverage and physician reads.
Prepare monthly practice metrics reports and support ad hoc operational data requests.
Coordinate provider onboarding and physician candidate interviews, travel, and scheduling.
Oversee office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor/building-service needs.
Handle mail, shipping, and secure routing of financial documents and payments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years of executive, administrative, or healthcare operations support experience preferred.
Experience supporting senior leaders and/or physicians strongly preferred.
Comfortable with invoicing, reconciliation, and basic financial administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Exceptional organization, discretion, and communication skills — and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure.
