We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Utah-based executives. This is more than a calendar-management role. You’ll serve as a trusted partner who keeps priorities moving, anticipates needs, solves problems, and helps our executives operate at their best.

The right person is highly organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. You’ll need to be someone who sees what needs to happen, takes ownership, and gets it done—with professionalism and good judgment.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Park City, Utah, with a planned transition to our new Heber City office in 2027.  This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees typically working onsite three days per week. Additional in-office days may be required from time to time for onboarding, training, team meetings, project collaboration, or other business needs.  Travel is expected to be up to 25%.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive communications.
Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and other executive materials.
Coordinate board and executive meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
Track priorities, commitments, and action items to ensure timely execution.

Executive Partnership & Projects

Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and help executives stay focused on key priorities.
Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and coordinate special projects and initiatives.
Handle sensitive information with exceptional judgment and discretion.

Office Operations

Coordinate vendors, repairs, office services, mail, supplies, and related expenses.
Maintain an organized, professional, and well-functioning Utah office.
Coordinate office programs and activities.

5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a CEO or other C-level executives.
Bachelor’s degree
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple executives, priorities, and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
A proactive, resourceful approach—you anticipate needs rather than waiting for direction.
Strong problem-solving and project-management capabilities.
Comfortable operating independently in situations where the path forward may not always be clearly defined.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization.
Flexibility to occasionally support time-sensitive needs outside normal business hours.
