Exclusive Project Leasing Consultant

Position Summary

Luxury Living is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Leasing Consultant to represent our exclusive portfolio of luxury apartment communities throughout Chicago.

This is a commission-based sales position best suited for individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Weekend availability is required.

As a Leasing Consultant, you are more than a salesperson—you are the first impression of both Luxury Living and our developer partners. You create exceptional experiences, build trust with prospective residents, and help customers confidently choose their next home.

Success in this role comes from combining hospitality, consultative selling, operational excellence, and disciplined follow-up to consistently deliver outstanding leasing results.

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Welcome every prospect with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours that uncover customer needs.
• Recommend the best apartment based on lifestyle rather than simply availability.
• Build trust through product expertise and authentic conversation.
• Create memorable experiences that generate referrals and positive online reviews.

Drive Leasing Performance

• Meet or exceed leasing velocity goals.
• Improve personal tour-to-lease conversion.
• Execute timely and personalized follow-up.
• Manage prospect pipeline in CRM.
• Maintain CRM accuracy.
• Respond quickly to new leads.

Become a Property Expert

• Master floor plans, pricing, availability, amenities, and policies.
• Stay informed on competitors and neighborhood developments.
• Confidently communicate current leasing incentives.
• Anticipate customer questions and objections.

Execute Operational Excellence

• Follow Luxury Living’s Renter Journey Playbook.
• Complete required training.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance.
• Support application processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with shared inboxes and administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with the leasing team through company systems.

Represent the Brand

• Participate in resident and marketing events.
• Help generate positive online reviews.
• Support leasing center presentation.
• Report opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Represent Luxury Living with professionalism at every interaction.
