Facilitate donation acknowledgement letters for the Area Director to review and sign, using approved templates and local Board letterhead. Coordinate printing and mailing; donation entry, gift processing, and official donor database records remain the responsibility of the Reno Director of Donor Database.
Following fundraising events, coordinate timely thank-you letters and communications to event participants, sponsors, auction donors, volunteers, and other supporters using messaging reviewed and approved by the Reno Special Events Director.
Respond to local donor inquiries and appropriately connect donors with the Area Director or Reno Resource Development staff when additional follow-up is needed.
