Prepare and serve concessions food and beverages, including alcohol, at designated events.
Ensure concessions area is stocked with adequate amounts of product (e.g. beer, liquor, juices, other beverages, food products, etc.).
Prepare concessions area for service as needed (e.g. cutting fruit, washing dishes, etc.).
Keep work area, liquor room and beer cooler neat and organized.
Provide prompt, courteous service to guests.
Accurately accept payment and make change during transactions.
Utilize proper cash handling and control procedures.
Operate Micros POS terminal.
Balance cash drawer.
Operate applicable kitchen equipment.
Inform manager of any breakdown or malfunction of equipment.
Maintain portion control as instructed.
Utilize proper stocking and rotation procedures.
Set up, clean up and close down concessions area as required.
Keep concessions area clean and organized.
Adhere to all company, department and safety policies and procedures.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlet on a daily basis.
Maintain paperwork, audit sheets, closeouts, opening reports and other tallies as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous bartending experience strongly preferred.
Previous fast food experience preferred.
