Event Manager – Part-Time / Event-Based

Position Summary

The Auntie Anne’s / Cinnabon Event Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon locations inside Fiserv Forum during Milwaukee Bucks games, concerts, and other scheduled arena events.

This is a part-time, event-based position. Hours will vary according to the Fiserv Forum event calendar. The Event Manager is expected to provide hands-on leadership before, during, and after events while ensuring strong operational execution, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and compliance with V&J Foods and Fiserv Forum/Levy operating standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon operations during assigned Fiserv Forum events.

Arrive prior to scheduled events to ensure locations are properly opened, stocked, cleaned, and prepared for service.

Coordinate production levels based on anticipated attendance and event demand.

Direct and support employees throughout the event, including assigning positions and adjusting staffing based on business volume.

Ensure adequate production of pretzels, pretzel products, Cinnabon products, beverages, and other approved menu items.

Maintain product quality, presentation, portioning, and brand standards.

Monitor inventory before, during, and after events and communicate product needs to operations leadership.

Minimize food waste and overproduction while maintaining sufficient product during peak periods.

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment throughout the event.

Ensure all closing procedures are completed, including cleaning, product storage, inventory organization, waste documentation, and equipment shutdown.

Conduct a final inspection of the locations before the team leaves the arena.

Communicate operational issues, equipment problems, staffing concerns, shortages, or venue concerns to V&J Foods leadership promptly.

Maintain positive working relationships with Levy and Fiserv Forum management and staff.

Ensure employees comply with company policies, uniform requirements, food-safety procedures, and arena regulations.

Provide leadership during high-volume periods and assist directly with production and operations when necessary.

Event Management Expectations

The Event Manager is expected to take ownership of each assigned event from setup through final close. The manager should understand expected attendance, anticipated sales volume, staffing requirements, inventory needs, and production expectations before service begins.

Because arena business can fluctuate significantly based on the event, the manager must be comfortable making quick operational decisions while maintaining guest service, product availability, cleanliness, and labor efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, food-service, retail, or hospitality management experience preferred.

Previous Auntie Anne’s and/or Cinnabon experience is strongly preferred.

Ability to lead employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage inventory, production, food safety, and closing procedures.

Dependable and able to work independently with limited supervision.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, concerts, sporting events, and other scheduled arena events.

Must be able to remain on-site through completion of assigned event responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged standing and walking, frequent movement within the concession area, bending and reaching, and the ability to safely lift and move products and supplies associated with restaurant operations.

Schedule

This position does not operate on a traditional weekly schedule. Work is based primarily on the Fiserv Forum event calendar, including:

Milwaukee Bucks home games, concerts, family shows, sporting events, and other scheduled Fiserv Forum events.

The Event Manager must maintain sufficient scheduling flexibility to support assigned events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Performance Expectations

Success in this position will be measured through consistent event readiness, product availability, food quality, cleanliness, inventory and waste control, appropriate staffing and labor management, compliance with brand and venue standards, timely opening and closing, and effective communication with V&J Foods and venue leadership.
