Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the event schedule, activities, and venue
- Engage with guests to create a lively and positive atmosphere
- Coordinate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in managing event logistics and setup as needed
- Promote event activities and encourage participation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and personable demeanor
- Previous experience in event hosting, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
