Client Care & Treatments
- Perform professional aesthetic treatments including:
- Customized facials
- Hydrafacial treatments
- Chemical peels

- Post-procedure skincare care and education
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments
- Recommend personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans
- Educate clients on pre-care and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely charting/documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all infection control, sanitation, and safety protocols
Sales & Client Experience
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent bedside manner
- Support treatment plan conversions and package sales
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products appropriately
- Assist with membership, package, and promotional sales
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention
- Deliver a luxury, welcoming, and elevated client experience
Social Media & Brand Support
- Assist in creating engaging social media content including:
- Before-and-after videos/photos
- Treatment videos
- Educational skincare content
- Reels/TikTok/Instagram content
- Client testimonial content
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Represent the brand professionally both in-person and online
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician License in the State of Maryland
- Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience preferred
- Experience in a medspa or cosmetic setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable on camera and participating in social media content
- Sales confidence and customer service excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Hydrafacial
- Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
- Knowledge of skin of color treatments
- Familiarity with RF microneedling and advanced aesthetic procedures
- Experience with consultation-based selling
- Experience with booking software and EMR systems

Access Health Services, LLC provides a full suite of operations and back-end processes for both Medicare Advantage plans and state Medicaid plans. Services provided range from member enrollment operations and claims to clinical services including UM and case management. AHS also provides advanced data analytics with easy to use dashboards for predictive health and cost analysis. In addition, AHS also provides network contracting and support services for behavioral health and developmentally disabled Medicaid beneficiaries. AHS is an active participant in one of the state established Provider led Arkansas Shared Savings Entities (PASSE). AHS is a Professional Employee Organization (POE) offering services by our highly credentialed HR staff to small and medium-sized clients such as payroll, benefits, HR laws, tax administration and regulatory compliance assistance.
