Job DetailsJob Location: Plano Campus - Plano, TX 75093Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High SchoolJob Category: Admin - ClericalProvides administrative support for the Prestonwood en Espanol (“PBC Espanol”) Minister to Adults, Young Adult ministry, Women’s and Men’s ministry areas.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, responding to inquiries, ordering supplies and other administrative duties for the assigned minister and ministries
Respond to requests and inquiries from ministry leadership, teachers, members, attendees, and prospects
Provide administrative support for LifeGroups including running reports, preparing, and updating rosters as needed
Maintain compliance with all Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”) policies, procedures, and requirements, for example following finance procedures and utilizing PBC databases
Ensure rooms, materials, and other resources are appropriately ordered and/or reserved
Provide administrative support for Adult Ministry events, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, managing registrations, and assisting with event execution.
Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed
Coordinate with other PBC staff for Espanol needs 
Other duties as assigned

QualificationsRequirements:

Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of Prestonwood en Espanol
Excellent planning and organization skills 
Some college education preferred, high school education required
Prior administrative support experience preferred
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication skills (Spanish and English) in both written and oral form
Able to work well as part of a team with a high level of confidentiality 
Ability to generally work a Monday – Friday schedule with some Sundays and PBC events as needed 
Able to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, and to perform occasional activities requiring moving one’s whole body, such as in lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
