People’s Title LLC is expanding into Fort Worth and Austin, seeking experienced, producing Escrow Officers with a strong existing pipeline of business to help establish and grow our offices.
This is not a traditional escrow position. We are looking for people who already knows the business, has established relationships, and wants the opportunity to build something while earning at an above-average level.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong existing pipeline/book of business required
- Significant Texas title and escrow experience
- Texas Escrow Officer License required
- Proven ability to generate and retain business
- Strong relationships with REALTORS®, lenders, builders and investors
- Ability to help build and grow a new Fort Worth office
- Qualia experience preferred
- Impeccable written, verbal and email communication
- Strong work history and professional reputation
- Exceptional accuracy, organization and follow-through
- Ability to work exceptionally well with a team

Prior to People’s Title, Johnnie earned his reputation through leadership roles at prestigious brokerages such as Coldwell Banker, Fathom, Better Homes and Gardens, and JPAR. In 2016, he founded The Morine Group, REALTORS, under The Morine Group, LLC, a boutique brokerage known for high performance and client care. His business portfolio has since expanded to include Morine Empire Realty & Associates and Sayso Empire, a real estate holding firm.
