Epic Integrations Analyst (Part-Time)

About the role

• Join Cardamom Health as an Epic Integrations Analyst supporting an Epic Provider Finder implementation in a fully remote, part-time consulting engagement.
• Work closely with project, application, and integration teams to coordinate interface readiness, manage dependencies, and support implementation activities.
• Serve as a key contributor ensuring successful integration planning, technical issue coordination, and go-live preparedness.

What you'll do

• Support an Epic Provider Finder implementation with a focus on integration and interface coordination.
• Track interface dependencies and ensure appropriate follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution across application, integration, and implementation teams.
• Assist with implementation readiness activities, testing coordination, and go-live planning.
• Support provider-related interfaces and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Epic Bridges certification required.
• Hands-on experience with InterSystems Ensemble and HL7 required.
• Experience supporting provider interfaces.
• SER configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience coordinating integrations, managing interface dependencies, and supporting implementation readiness activities.
• Epic MyChart certification preferred.
• Cadence and/or Cheers experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
