Epic Compass Rose Analyst

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Compass Rose Analyst to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. We are urgently seeking a Senior Assignment and Attribution Loader / Compass Rose Implementation Consultant to support an ongoing implementation for the following Compass Rose programs:

* Medication Therapy Management (MTM)

* Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM)

* Transitional Care Management (TCM)

* Complex Care Management (CCM)

* Care Management

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

• Certifications
• Epic Compass Rose certification
• Experience
• 5+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Deep understanding of care management and population health workflows
• Experience translating business and clinical requirements into Compass Rose solutions
• Ability to provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies
• Soft-Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
