The Educational Opportunity Fund Program is seeking candidates for EOF Office Assistant role.
Office Assistant (OA) role will require the student to
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist within the office by helping Program Assistant and Assistant / Directors

Attend requested events and meetings

Provide administrative assistance as needed for all staff.

Refer students and visitors to appropriate person for academic or personal assistance for both EOF and shared space

Assist with the creation of educational materials and promotional materials as directed
Learning Objectives:
- Students will develop leadership skills
- Students will develop time management skills
- Students will develop critical thinking and practical problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- GPA 3.00 OR HIGHER
- Interest in developing media creation skills
- Experience with microsoft excel and google sheets is highly preferred
