Job Details: Job Location: Silver Maple Recovery of Massillon - Massillon, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Sprenger Health Care is a third generation, leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license High school education preferred 2 years experience in related field Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of facility and equipment.
Responsible for fire safety training and drills.
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry department personnel.
Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with facility policy.
