Job Description
Position Title: EVS Floor Technician & Housekeeping Associate
Pay: Up to $14.00/hr
Schedules:
- Floor Tech: Part-Time, Monday, Wednesday & Friday (9:00p - 5:00a)
- Housekeeping: Full-Time, Monday - Friday with Weekend Availability (8:00a - 4:30p)

Brandon Wilde is recruiting for a hospitality focused EVS Floor Technician and EVS Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing primarily floor tech and porter functions throughout the community. Primary Responsibilities:
- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Responsible for floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping and pressure washing.
- Daily routines require a variety of skills and responsibilities such as maintaining proper use of golf cart, small equipment and safety practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred.
