Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our service team as Entry-Level Lube Technicians. Whether you're looking for a full-time career path or a part-time opportunity, we provide training, growth opportunities, and a professional dealership environment.

No prior automotive experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform oil and filter changes
Check, inspect, and top off vehicle fluids
Inspect and adjust tire pressures
Perform tire rotations
Replace air filters and cabin filters
Install windshield wiper blades
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate repair order documentation
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow dealership, manufacturer, and OSHA safety procedures
Assist service technicians and advisors as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service
Safely move and park customer vehicles

Physical Requirements

This position regularly requires:

Standing and walking for extended periods
Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
Working in varying temperatures and shop conditions
Safe operation of tools, equipment, and customer vehicles

Schedule

Full-Time

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
