- Resides in the United States
- Has a computer, phone, and Wi-Fi for remote work
- Comfortable speaking with customers, leading conversations, and building rapport over phone and video is a plus
- Prior experience in sales or management is a plus, but not required
- Background in insurance, supplemental benefits, serving union members, or working with family-focused customers is a plus
