Position Overview

As a Remote Client Services Team Lead, you'll balance client service responsibilities with leadership development while helping build a positive, high-performing remote culture.

Client & Team Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Provide professional guidance regarding benefits and coverage options

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Support and mentor newer team members

• Encourage collaboration and a positive team environment

• Utilize technology to improve communication and workflow efficiency

• Maintain accurate documentation and professional standards

• Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing development

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
